Our origin stems from an accounting practice which began in the late 1980’s. Originally based in Durban, we moved offices to Johannesburg in 2000 and today we operate out of our own premises on the East Rand of Johannesburg, in close proximity to O R Tambo International (previously Johannesburg International airport).   Employing professional and well trained staff we offer clients full accounting and secretarial work, from the creation of companies and opening of new financials through to Payroll and Back Up services.   We handle all processing of documentation through to the monthly production of Management accounts (Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Debtor and Creditor age analysis, cash flow statements and inventory control).
 
Our Payroll department offers a very competitive rate per employee, from general processing through to IRP5  production, automatic leave entitlement, yearend reconciliations, monthly return submission for income tax and full  tax effective salary suggestions.
 
Our general accounting work provides for monthly, bi-monthly and annual VAT returns based on turnover and VAT vendor status.  From the oversight of exported products and the production of documentation to facilitate such exports, through to oversight of imported products.   We assist clients in monitoring incoming and outgoing funds from both nominal bank accounts, Off-Shore accounts through to Foreign Currency Accounts (CFC Accounts) and ensure that clients receive proper and correct advice on how to control and run such accounts as they apply to South African Reserve Bank regulations.
